Who builds your AI systems
Fluixo is built by Lucas Lenoir — a solo founder who runs an AI-powered agency and builds the same model for clients.
How Fluixo operates
Fluixo runs the same way it builds for clients: AI handles routing, QA, documentation, and execution. Lucas owns strategy, client relationships, and business decisions.
Every public deliverable — website, proposal, report — passes a human review gate before it leaves.
This isn't a gimmick. It's proof that the model works.
The company
Fluixo LLC is registered in New Mexico, USA and operated from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Founded by Lucas Lenoir, Fluixo exists to prove that AI can run real business work — not demos, not chatbots, not prompts that break in production.
Active clients include companies in European B2B distribution, North American aviation training, and ecommerce — in production.
The founder
Lucas Lenoir · Founder, operator, lead architect
Lucas has designed and shipped production AI systems across B2B distribution (catalogue automation handling 300+ supplier updates per day), aviation training (regulatory document-to-course pipeline with instructor approval gates), and ecommerce operations (multi-agent content system running 5 storefronts simultaneously).
He speaks French and English, works across time zones, and understands the operational constraints of founder-led businesses: no budget for broken experiments, no patience for AI theater.
What we believe
-
Quality over speed. Slow, correct progress beats fast fragile work.
-
Clients hire outcomes, not headcount. The team size doesn't matter; the result does.
-
No AI theater. If a system doesn't run reliably in production, it doesn't count.
-
Human gates where they matter. Agents operate; humans decide.
-
Transparency by default. We tell clients when an idea won't work.
What we don't do
-
We don't build chatbots that don't run in production.
-
We don't sell retainers where the scope never ends.
-
We don't recommend AI when a simpler process fix would work.
